The February edition of the WR20 Digital Magazine featuring cover star Alex is packed with articles, images, and three videos totaling nearly 14min. There are also 92 hi-resolution images across three image packs included in the download.
What our three shoots have in common this month is that they were all taken in public spaces. If our guys were ever shy, this issue proves they’ve got over it! First of all, we have an incredible shoot in Epping Forest on the outskirts of London with Amir, Alfie, Alex and Sebastian.
The second installment of our Purple Haze shoot at Royal Docks in London was overlooked by the upstairs terrace of a local Chinese restaurant. More than a few of the Sunday morning diners abandoned their dim sum for a quick look at the extraordinary spectacle of dozens of naked men throwing purple powder over each other!
The second part of our Spain shoot took place on a public nudist beach in Estepona, so while it may appear that the beach is deserted, there were actually quite a few people around. All were clearly delighted to have stumbled on our photoshoot of Alfie and James with two sets of twins, Lewis and Thomas, Alex and Sebastian.
You can read a blog by staunch ally and January cover star James on why an easy life is not always the best way to live and why sadness can be a source of pride.
Our Video Vault feature takes us back to WR17 and the wettest summer in years. The owners of a grand stately home and a country hotel in a converted vicarage both gave us permission to shoot in their grounds. Some great shots were produced, more of which can be found in our book Freedom. You can get a sneak peek inside the book in the second part of our series A History in Five Books.
You can read about our partnership with Sport Allies, the registered charity that our work supports. Then you can watch Tackling Masculinity, the second in a series of films that Sport Allies has begun to make through their partnership with London Film School and SKY Sports.
